Amsterdam Sam - Part 1

I was going to spend a few days in Amsterdam, to take care of my brothers house and cats while he was on a short holiday. Sam decided to go with me. *sigh* In the train, Sam felt very small.. .. and sadly there was not much to see, either. But the next day we went downtown, where I showed Sam my favourite, the Westerkerk. And we went to see the huge christmas tree on the Dam. We had a little chat with the friendly driver of the horse and carriage.. And Sam was allowed to sit on the box, while I stroke the horses. But it was too cold to stay out long.. So to get warm again, we went to a Chinese restaurant for a take-away meal, and a meeting with the local goldfishes. And there were more surprises that evening.. [to be continued]
